It was so hilarious to be staying with a Mayan family who (except for Jorge) only spoke in Mayan (Kaqchickel). So they would be speaking in tongues when out of the blue in perfect english we would hear STEPHEN!!!
Dave and I could then join the conversation by replying STEPHEN!!!!
It was a short but highly entertaining conversation.
